doreen fell reads extracts from chapter 4 of peter worth's phd thesis Technology and ontology in electronic music: Mego 1994-present (which he completed in 2011). this is accompanied by short extracts taken from various electronic musics from 1980 to 1995, and a still image of mrs fell reading in her front room.
