technical development for yasunao tone

i often work as software and performance systems designer for yasunao tone (legendary fluxus artist). we first met in 2002 and have worked together since then on several projects in different ways.

performance system with movement sensors, sonic arts network event, broadcast radio 3 london 2005 - development of a system using movement sensors responding to drawing, and a graphic system for overlaying caligraphy and photograhic images.

interactive installation, setenv productions, tokyo 2005 - development of interactive work using movement sensors, noise cancelling headphones, multi channel sound. my role included the specification of hardware, development of interactive processes and control systems.

untitled work for softboard and caligraphy, loughborough 2002 - development of visual performance system using a softboard to translate hyroglyphics into sound. (this was the first piece i worked on with yasunao which laid the foundations for our ongoing work together.)
